• Items must be returned within 5 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process your return.
  
• Refunds will be initiated within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Exceptions

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with opening videos. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
